Previously a range of red wines that were indistinguishable from the many brands that surrounded them on the shelf. A brand with a story to tell but untapped, relying on predictive rolling vineyards and a nearby church bordering the location. Little to stay in the mind and tempt the consumer.
In discovering that the vineyards at Altos de Tamaron had polarised climate (extreme heat by day - extreme cold by night) which Blackburn's created a distinctive icon/copy line, 'Fuego & Hielo' (Fire & Ice) giving the brand its unique focus and promotable identity.
